Also, he "was" a true talent.

Re: Fran surfaces again with a great article by Yao

I've certainly posted a few posts calling for T-mac's head. He made me sooooooooo mad sometimes. I love his talent and I appreciate some of the things he did which truly amazed me, but there's no way, no way the Rockets can really excel unless he really takes a hard look at his soul and change. If he doesn't change, then all that potential is worthless, just trade him. The Rockets are better off that way.

Yao's game has some serious shortcomings, that we've all noticed over the years. But we all know he cares about the winning a great deal, and frankly, that's all I ask from him and why I've remained a fan over the years.

Re: Fran surfaces again with a great article by Yao

We should not victimize T-Mac for the failures suffered by the Rockets. Let us compare the scoring abilities of the players around Tracy and Yao at those times and the present. Now,we have Artest, Scola, Brooks, Landry and Wafer. What did we have back in those days? They were all those who did the LITTLE things, not the BIG thing, i.e., scoring. We must be fair in psssing a verdict.

Maybe, T-Mac has played his last ball game. I hope not. It cannot be denied that he is a true talent in the game of basketball.
